Sempre was owned by an ex-Riata player. When she disappeared, her horses were rescued by Zodewood and brought back to health. He was very thin and his feet badly needed doing. Thankfully, Zodewood did an incredible job of rehabbing this beautiful boy and they even kept him in training, so he's only a short while away from making the leap to the FEI dressage divisions. Pete has lovely movement and breathtaking suspension at the trot and the canter. His tempis are faultless and his has a natural uphill build that allows him to demonstrate self-carriage and collection with grace and elegance. Temperament-wise, Pete is a typical stallion - we wouldn't let a small child on him, but his fire and his competitive spirit more than make up for some of the pushiness and attitude he carries with him around the barn.

    Potente Sempre has had one foal to date, a lovely mare called Amato Sempre who is competing successfully as a hunter. Sempre's movement would make us suggest him as a dressage stallion to interested mare owners, though if crossed with the right mare, he could throw a sensational hunter as well.
