Aer (pronounced "Air") is the first horse we've owned that comes from the Soleil powerhouse barn. She's everything we could have wanted and so much more and I just can't wait to see her take the show ring by storm. Although she looks delicate and a little shy when you see her standing in her paddock, when you get to know her, she's a complete and total attention whore. She's also almost stupid brave, very forward, and not entirely forgiving of mistakes. She'll investigate everything and anything - we have yet to find an experience that makes her cautious or scared and she really does take after her daddy in that. She's got beautiful movement already, but with her conformation, we think she'll make an even better jumping horse, which is why we're putting this brave, courageous, strong horse into the showjumping and eventing prospect rings.

Aer has grown into a lovely young mare, and her fearlessness shows in everything she does. She's a monster on the cross-country course and hasn't hesitated at anything she's seen in her short three years. Even though she's only been started lightly under saddle, she's a ton of fun, with awesome spunk, and personality through and through. Watch out for Aer in another year as the best Beginner Novice Riata has ever seen!
