Lass is a horse Megan is trusting us to look after while she's on a break from the game. This beautiful mare is one of the most talented Appendix Quarter Horses we've ever met. Even though it'sa new breed for us at Zodiac, we couldn't be more happy to have her on the property. Lass is from amazing bloodlines and has a ton of jump in her. She's brave and fearless and even though she was started fairly late (at three and a half), the wait allowed her a chance to mature and grow into her prodigious talent! She was a precocious youngster (we remember her playing around on SKR's property during purchase trips) and she's grown into no less than a showstopping young mare. Here's what Megan has to say about her: "While most of our Appendix breeding program is geared towards hunter type horses, Lass is a product of our eventing portion. Both her sire and dam are proven producers and Lass is certainly not going to disappoint them. Since we planned such a strenuous career for her, we left her alone until she was three and a half. She broke out wonderfully and we can't wait to see her on the eventing circuit. She's got moves that are to die for. She had a great first season competing at the Beginner Novice Level. So we've decided to move her up to the Novice level this year. Watch out!"
