Baby is a big, substantial, imposing mare. She's got bone, substance, and presence which means we love her to pieces. This girl, although young for a broodmare, holds some of the highest hopes for our upcoming and still young Irish horse breeding program. We're really looking forward to crossing her with some of our TB stallions for versatile and talented sport horses of all disciplines. We aren't really sure what discipline Baby competed in or even if she competed, since she's another "rescue" from Zodewood and we have very little history on her. We know she's been ridden under saddle and we also know that she demonstrates beautiful, expressive movement with some knee action going on under the hood. She doesn't really enjoy jumping, but when she does go over a log or a jump in the arena, she has sharp form; tight, even knees, and a careful hind end. Baby's temperament is definitely that of a mare; she has her days where you just want to pop her one between the eyes, but generally she's a very happy mare, even-tempered and kind with all but the smallest little brats!
