Jiggery Pokery is the third pony we purchased from Ellie of PSH on our recent buying spree. This pony is close to our heart as he is one of just four ponies by our Connemara foundation stud, Blackwood Hocus Pocus. He was bred by Ellie and we watched his career with interest. When he was offered for sale, we jumped at the chance to buy him because he has been showing true promise as a pony hunter. This little pony is solidly built and looks like a truck going over the jumps. He's just adorable, though, and his huge forelock and giant, kind eye make him an easy favourite. He can be a bit of a turd, showing the odd bout of stubbornness - never mean, just annoying. His short legs mean that he sometimes needs to reach a bit to make it down the lines, but he's athletic and more than capable of a little gallop or two down the lines.
